John Sinclair Seeds

John Sinclair Seeds

John Sinclair Seeds: American poet and activist John Sinclair is celebrated as a heroic icon of American counterculture and cannabis activism. This is because after being arrested for giving two joints to an undercover narcotics officer in 1969, he received an unusual sentence of 10 years for mere possession.

His arrest sparked the landmark ‘Free John Now Rally’ held in Ann Arbour in December 1971. Due to receiving such a hard sentence, many stood up in support. The legendary event featured John Lennon and Yoko Ono, Stevie Wonder, Allen Ginsberg, Abbie Hoffmann, Jerry Rubin, and many others. Moreover, Lennon even dedicated the song “John Sinclair” to the cause and included it on his album ‘Some Time in New York City’ (1972).

Thanks to this overwhelming support, only three days later John regained his freedom because an urgently assembled Michigan Supreme Court deemed the state’s marijuana laws unconstitutional. This naturally remains an iconic success story for the counterculture movement and worldwide cannabis liberation. It likewise continious to inspire to keep going on!

John Sinclair and Ceres Seeds

Granting cannabis breeder Ceres Seeds enormous honor, Sinclair helped to develop a total of six stable cannabis varieties. Not surprisingly, Ceres Seeds accordingly dubbed them the John Sinclair Seeds Collection.

The John Sinclair Seeds Collection thus offers a range of connoisseur cannabis seeds that honor quality. These strains are robust old-school genetics so they push forward the march towards worldwide cannabis liberation. Therefore, when you smoke a joint with John Sinclair genetics,  you’re rolling with a legend.

Why Not Sing Along?
It ain’t fair, John Sinclair
In the stir for breathing air
Won’t you care for John Sinclair?
In the stir for breathing air
Let him be, set him free
Let him be like you and me
They gave him ten for two
What else can the judges do?
Gotta, gotta, gotta set him free
