Sustainability
In their mission to support sustainability, House of Marley concerns itself with the raw materials it uses. For example, the textiles in their products are a distinctive blend of 30% reclaimed organic cotton, 30% reclaimed hemp and 40% recycled PET, hence Hemp Audio. House of Marley developed this fabric, which they call Rewind, itself. Additionally, wooden parts are bamboo or a combination of wood derivatives, plastic fibers, and wood composite resulting in a more durable product. Moreover, the plastic parts consist of 40% recycled plastic bottles (RPET). They also use stainless steel for its minimal environmental impact and long-lasting durability and because it is eventually 100% recyclable. And last but not least, they use recycled paper for the product packaging.
Owned by his family, House of Marley spreads Bob Marley’s vision of one love by creating a better world. They even use part of the proceeds from product sales to actively support global reforestation and ocean preservation through partnerships. What more can you ask for?
