When Cannabis Seeds man called the “fruit” of the plant, also called “hemp nuts”. They are 3 to 4 millimeters in size, from brown to green-gray color and have a thousand kernel weight of 15 to 20 grams on. They contain 28 to 35% fat, 30 to 35% carbohydrates, 20 to 24% of proteins and in addition vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron particularly high levels of vitamin B, particularly vitamin B1 and vitamin B2. The proteins consist mainly of the globulin edestin, which is very easy to digest.
The seeds also contain all eight essential amino acids the human body, as a protein source for humans cannabis seeds so well suited. Hemp seeds are used without further processing as a food, but also serve as the basis for the extraction of hemp oil and as a high quality animal feed especially for birds, but also fish and mammals.
