Well, firstly, hemp seeds are an excellent source of plant-based protein. This protein contains all nine essential amino acids. It, therefore, is one of the most complete proteins coming from vegetable sources. Moreover, research suggests that our body absorbs hemp’s protein very well. This is why, for example, vegans and vegetarians, and fit girls and -boys, benefit a lot by using hemp.
Also, hemp seed provides an excellent source of healthy fibre.
